Hi and a happy New year to everyone 2008 marked my first full year in blogging and here is a collection of my five post popular posts of 2008 in reverse order

5)Youngistan and Pepsi's Online Marketing Campaign:

If the hits to this post is anything to go by Pepsi's youngistan campaign sure created a buzz. This campaign proved one thing that Pepsi in India is one of the most Internet savvy brand.

4)Online Advertising in India Forecasts PWC,GroupM,IMRB:

The number of people researching my three posts which includes forecasts from PWC,GroupM and was heartening since it showed more interest in this sector sadly the recession has changed the scenario drastically and only a die hard optimist can say things are bright for this sector right now.

3)Aamir Khan,Gul Panag Tata Sky ad:

If searches are anything to go by this ad was the most popular ad for the year but then Airtel's Voice SMS ad which came later was a close number two and if it had come earlier in the year than it might have been the real number 1 ad of the year so even in the ad world battle was between SRK and aamir.

2) Indian Premier League Ads and Promotion:

The mania for indian premier league was so high that this was my number 1 post for the whole period of IPL and features a collection of all the ads of IPL.

1)Tata Nano's Online Marketing Campaign:

Pity that despite the buzz and the hype Tata Nano didn't manage to come out in 2008 since my top 3 posts of the year had to so something about predicting the marketing for Nano and this one was most popular since it highlighted the microsite and the use of online medium that Tata had used for Nano

So that's it hope u all have a great 2009 and one of my hopes from 2009 is that I may be able to blog more consistently.
