Microsoft using Youtube for promotion

Here is to strength of Youtube as a marketing platform and reachTechcrunch reports that Google's rival Microsoft has set up a channel on Youtube to promote Windows Vista and Live.

Now the problem was in enemy territory Microsoft was courageous or maybe not thinking enough to open up comments and has been inundated with comments disparaging Vista like those shown below that is the risk associated with being in enemy territory
