Times of India is reporting today in a story titled "Indians just can't hang up" that Indians are the second most talkative people on the planet just behind USA who talk a whopping 838 minutes a month India figure second with usage of 461 minutes/month with 454min/month for GSM users and 424 min/month for CDMA users.India with a user base of over 160 million consumers is the third largest market in the world behind China and the USA.These figures are based on TRAI's latest report.
